Are there earrings always as a pair?

If nothing else is noted in the product descriptions, you will always get one-off items. Order quantity 1 usually means that you actually get an earring delivered. The items we sell as a pair are identified by the reference in the product descriptions (eg, "Sold as a pair"). Do you choose here as order quantity 1 there is the article as a pair, thus z. B. two stud earrings.

Is there a minimum order quantity or minimum order amount?

No, at Piercinginspiration there is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order amount. Everyone buys as much as they like!

I placed an order but did not receive an e-mail with payment details. What happened?

With each order, we automatically send an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. If you have not received an email, it could be that it has landed in the Spam folder. If it can not be found here, please contact our support support@piercinginspiration.de.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are possible via Sofortüberweisung, PayPal and credit card.

Do I have to pay customs fees for my order?

Piercinginspiration assumes all fees for duties and taxes for all customers in the European Union. As an EU citizen, you don't have to pay any additional costs for customs. In countries outside the EU, additional costs may arise depending on the value of the goods and country-specific regulations.

How can I revoke my contract?

If you want to revoke the contract, please fill out the form below, include it in the return package and send it at your own expense to the following address:

Please note the following: For reasons of hygiene, recall is only possible for unused piercings. If the piercing packaging is opened, the return/revocation is no longer possible.
