1. General / validity

These general terms and conditions form the basis for all deliveries and services from Piercinginspiration. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of Piercinginspiration. Consent by email is sufficient.

2. offer

All offers from Piercinginspiration on the website www.piercinginspiration.com are non-binding and subject to change. Small deviations and technical changes compared to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. The contract is concluded by completing the order process on the Piercinginspiration website and confirmation of the order by Piercinginspiration by email or execution of the order by Piercinginspiration.

Piercinginspiration's offer is aimed exclusively at end users. Business deliveries to companies, so-called "B2B" sales transactions, are not offered. If a business address is specified when ordering, Piercinginspiration automatically assumes that this is only a delivery address.

3. prices and payment conditions

The prices shown on the website of Piecinginspiration apply at the time of the order. All prices quoted are final prices in the currency chosen by the customer. Obvious price errors reserved. Packaging, shipping costs and any statutory duties in the country of destination will be charged separately.

Piercinginspiration accepts all payment methods offered on the Piercinginspiration website during the ordering process. The customer chooses his or her preferred payment method. Any additional costs (e.g. cash on delivery fee) that may arise due to the payment method will also be charged in the amount stated on the website. Offsetting mutual claims is only possible with the express written consent of Piercinginspiration.

Unless stated otherwise in the product description of Piercinginspiration, the prices stated are total prices that include statutory sales tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs are stated separately in the respective product description.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs can also be incurred in relation to the transfer of money if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.

The payment option (s) will be communicated to the customer in the online shop of the seller.

When paying by means of a payment method offered by PayPal, payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as "PayPal"), under the terms of PayPal Terms of Use, available at https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or, if the customer does not have a PayPal account, under the terms and conditions of payments without a PayPal account, available at https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full.

4. Delivery and shipping costs

The delivery of the goods to the customer is carried out by third party suppliers (delivery services). The customer chooses his preferred shipping method itself. The packaging and shipping costs will be announced to the customer before triggering the ordering process within the basket. Goods in stock will be shipped within two working days of receipt of order.

Partial deliveries are permissible, unless the customer has notified in writing that they are not interested in them or that they are clearly unreasonable to accept them. The costs for transport and packaging will only be charged once in this case.

We expressly point out that if you choose uninsured shipping without tracking, piercinginspiration UG assumes no liability for the delivery. For this reason, we recommend that you choose insured shipping with shipment tracking.

The buyer is responsible for shipping, lost shipments that were completed without tracking and therefore cannot be traced.

5. Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must contact us:

You can use the model withdrawal form below, which is not required. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. 

Consequences of the withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we have sent you all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you have a different type of delivery than that offered by us, the most favorable standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse to repay you until we have the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following agreements: Contractually for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
